Terms of service
Plain-language terms for using Fallow. These should be reviewed by Australian counsel before commercial launch.
Agreement
These terms govern access to Fallow. By creating an account or using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation and agree to these terms. Enterprise customers may enter a separate written agreement that prevails where it conflicts with these terms.
The service
Fallow provides read-only SaaS access analysis, user access review workflow and report generation. Recommendations are informational. Customers remain responsible for access decisions, source-system changes, internal policies and the accuracy of their connected-system configuration.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep authentication methods secure and maintain accurate workspace details.
- Connect only systems you are authorised to administer or review.
- Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
- Do not upload credentials or regulated data through support channels.
Plans and billing
Plan limits, minimums and included features are published on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Trial eligibility and any card requirement are shown during checkout. Usage above a plan limit may require an upgrade. Add-ons may be recurring or one-time as stated at purchase.
Customer data
You retain rights in customer data. You grant Fallow the limited right to process that data solely to provide, secure and support the service. Fallow does not sell customer data. Data handling is further described in the privacy notice and, where applicable, a signed data processing addendum.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access on standard plans. We may change the service to improve security, reliability or functionality and will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce paid functionality.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond non-excludable consumer guarantees. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any negotiated liability cap or service level in an enterprise agreement will apply instead of this section.
